Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD/LD)
Location: Crewe
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed EBD/LD children’s home, with a second home currently in preparation offering future growth and leadership opportunities.

The service is currently rated Requires Improvement by OFSTED, and we are looking for someone committed to driving standards forward and achieving a Good or Outstanding rating.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the home

• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance

• Support and develop staff to achieve positive outcomes for young people

• Prepare for inspections and lead continuous service improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing children’s residential services (EBD/LD preferred)

• Relevant Level 5 qualification (or working towards)

• Strong leadership, organisational, and safeguarding knowledge

• Commitment to improving outcomes for young people
