We’re recruiting for an Administrator to join a large, supportive healthcare team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility alongside the stability of an office-based team environment.
This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident supporting day-to-day administrative operations within a busy healthcare setting.
As an Administrator, your duties will include:
Managing office supplies and inventory
Organising clinics, meetings, and events
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Maintaining accurate files, records, and documentation
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handling client or patient enquiries professionally
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisation and time management skills
Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working as part of a large team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
(Healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential.)
Competitive salary: £23,000 – £25,500
Hybrid working (2 days from home)
