About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ANP, ACP, or Paramedic Practitioner to join a well-established GP in Newark. You will work autonomously to provide high-quality clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients across a wide range of presentations, supported by a skilled multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide same-day and routine clinical assessment for patients presenting with undifferentiated symptoms.
Manage acute and long-term conditions, using evidence-based practice and independent clinical judgement.
Undertake physical examinations, interpret investigations, and initiate treatment plans.
Prescribe independently (if qualified) and follow safe prescribing protocols.
Support chronic disease management and contribute to QOF and local enhanced services.
Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, mental health practitioners, and wider primary care colleagues.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using modern digital systems.
Participate in clinical audits, learning events, and ongoing professional development.
