Registered Children’s Home Manager 
£45,000 - £55,000

An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee a 3-bed residential home supporting children and young people with emotional, behavioural and complex needs.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary up to £52,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

  • £75 per sleep-in

  • £45 per on-call

  • Mileage paid at 40p per mile

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm)

  • Flexibility required for weekends, bank holidays and sleepovers

Key Requirements

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)

  • Previous experience in a children’s residential setting

  • Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and business insurance

  • Strong leadership, organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Emotionally intelligent, calm and confident under pressure

  • Competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
