Veterinary Surgeon – Full Time
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 per year (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours over 4 days)

A well-established, friendly veterinary practice in North Oxford is seeking a qualified Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) to join its experienced and supportive team. Led by two highly skilled partners, the practice offers a collaborative working environment with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient care, and professional development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon looking to grow their career within a modern, progressive small animal practice.

The Role

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week across 4 days, with participation in a shared weekend rota (1:3 or 1:6) at a nearby 24-hour hospital. The role also includes a fair share of out-of-hours and bank holiday cover, providing exposure to a varied and engaging caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care through consultations and surgical procedures
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans for patients
• Maintain compliance with RCVS standards and clinical best practices
• Collaborate effectively within a supportive veterinary team
• Build strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer care

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon
