Practice Nurse – Liverpool | Join a Leading Primary Care Group

Are you a dedicated Practice Nurse looking to develop your career within a progressive, well-supported primary care organisation? We’re recruiting for an enthusiastic clinician to join a large, innovative healthcare group in Liverpool, known for investing in their teams and delivering high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing long-term conditions (Diabetes, Asthma, COPD)

• Delivering adult & childhood immunisations

• Performing cervical cytology

• Wound care and treatment-room activities

• Supporting health promotion and patient education initiatives

• Working as part of a forward-thinking MDT focused on quality care

What We’re Looking For:

• NMC-registered Nurse with primary care/Practice Nurse experience

• Confident in core treatment-room skills

• Compassionate, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously

• Keen to grow and develop within a supportive team structure
