• Focus & Flexibility: Work a compressed 40 hours per week over just 4 days, delivering a guaranteed 3-day weekend most weeks.
• Manageable Rota: The weekend commitment is fair and balanced:
• 1 in 3 Saturdays spent at the branch.
• OR a generous 1 in 6 full weekends supporting an affiliated critical care/24-hour facility nearby.
