Job Title: Registered Night Nurse
Location: Norwich
Salary: £22.00 - £23.00 ph


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Night Nurse to join our team at a medium-sized nursing home that is rated good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalized nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and assessing residents' health conditions, responding to medical emergencies
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Collaborating with the day staff to ensure continuity of care
- Supporting and supervising night care assistants
- Upholding CQC standards and guidelines, contributing to the overall quality of care

Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
