An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving practice in Dublin, stepping into a role that blends clinical excellence with inspirational leadership. As part of the leadership team, the Lead Veterinary Surgeon will have autonomy in steering the clinic, working closely with the Regional Director to deliver the business plan and ensure the team thrives both clinically and professionally. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you’ll remain hands-on in the role you love – performing surgeries, consulting with clients, and delivering gold-standard veterinary care.

The practice is home to a talented, dedicated team of vets and nurses who are passionate about supporting each other and striving for excellence every day. This role is perfect for someone who brings at least five years’ experience, a strong surgical interest, and a natural ability to inspire and mentor colleagues.
