This state-of-the-art clinic boasts two consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards, a dedicated surgical theatre, a fully equipped diagnostic suite including an x-ray room, and a dental room – providing everything you need to deliver exceptional patient care. With a strong team of skilled vets and nurses, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a Lead Veterinary Surgeon role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape the clinic’s future, driving clinical standards, client experience, and team engagement to new heights.

As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll balance hands on clinical work with inspiring leadership, ensuring gold standard care for patients while mentoring and motivating your team. Working closely with the Regional Director, you’ll help deliver the clinic’s business plan, with support from wider business functions, giving you the perfect blend of clinical freedom and strategic influence. This role suits a confident surgeon with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the drive to create an environment where patients, clients, and colleagues thrive.
