This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering person-centred care to elderly residents, including those living with dementia and complex physical health needs.

�� Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, personalised nursing care in line with best practice

Administer medication safely and maintain detailed clinical records

Provide leadership and support to care assistants and junior staff

Work closely with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams

Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing of all residents

�� Candidate Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (RGN or RMN)

Experience in elderly care, mental health, or community nursing preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexibly and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to professional development and reflective practice
