Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £33,500 – £39,000 per annum + shift enhancements
Contract Type: Full-time | Permanent | Flexible Shifts

You’ll be working in a state-of-the-art facility, offering care to older adults with complex needs, including dementia, physical frailty, and mental health conditions. This role is ideal for a nurse looking to work in a supportive environment that promotes both clinical excellence and continuous learning.
�� Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care
  • Lead by example and support junior staff on shift
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents

�� What You’ll Need:

  • NMC registration as an RGN or RMN (newly qualified nurses welcome)
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
  • A caring, flexible, and patient-centred approach
  • Experience in elderly care, mental health, or community nursing (desirable)
