�� Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Bedfordshire
Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire
Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full time | Permanent
Shifts: Day & Night Rotations | 36 - 42 hours per week

�� Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to residents
• Administering medication and maintaining accurate clinical records
• Leading shifts and supporting junior care staff
• Working collaboratively with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams
• Supporting the emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing of service users

�� What We’re Looking For:

• A valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
• A passion for high-quality nursing and a commitment to ongoing development
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills
• Experience in elderly care, dementia, or mental health is desirable but not essential
• Right to work in the UK
