Salary: £33,000 – £39,000 per annum (DOE) + enhancements

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, purpose-built inpatient unit that delivers outstanding care to adults with complex mental health needs, including mood disorders, dementia, and psychosis.

�� What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Collaborating within a dynamic multidisciplinary team
• Administering medication and maintaining accurate documentation
• Supporting patients through their recovery journey
• Promoting dignity, independence, and holistic wellbeing

�� What We’re Looking For:

• NMC-registered RMN with a current PIN
• Experience in inpatient, dementia, or general mental health settings
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
