Job Title: Registered Day Nurse

Purosearch are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Day Nurse to join our medium sized Nursing Home in the Sutton area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being, addressing any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide support and guidance to care staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Nursing Registration and License
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach
- Experience in elderly care preferred
