Job Description

We are working with a Facade Contractor based in East London who are seeking a skilled and ambitious Revit Specialist with expertise in facades and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career by taking on a managerial role.

The role is paying between £40,000 and £60,000, depending on the experience of the candidate.

Responsibilities for the Revit Specialist:

- Lead and manage a team of BIM technicians and specialists.
- Develop and implement Revit models for facade projects, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize design processes and workflows.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their BIM and Revit capabilities.
- Coordinate and integrate BIM data for project delivery, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BIM and facade design.

Requirements for the Revit Specialist:

- Proven experience in Revit, specifically in facade design and BIM.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
