Registered Manager (Nursing)

£55,000 – £60,000 + Bonuses

Location: Mansfield

Nursing Home which has been recently opened is seeking a Nursing Home Manager to commission and run a Dementia Specialist Home!

You will have the opportunity to recruit and develop a team along with the home!

What You’ll Need:

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
• Strong leadership experience in a nursing or care home setting
• A deep understanding of CQC standards and compliance
• A passion for elderly and dementia care
• Drive, professionalism, and a people-first mindset
