Registered Manager – £43,000 to £46,000 per annum
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (On-Call Duties Included)

We’re working on behalf of a well-established care provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and support their 40-bed residential care home. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven track record in delivering high standards of care and managing compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Requirements:

Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

Minimum of two CQC inspections under your leadership

Valid UK driving licence – essential for the role

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Confident in managing staff teams, audits, and care delivery in line with CQC standards

What’s on offer:

Competitive salary between £43,000 – £46,000, depending on experience
