Salaried GP – Launceston, Cornwall – Up to £12,500 per Session

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join a well-established, forward-thinking GP practice located in the historic town of Launceston, on the border of Devon and Cornwall. With a well-structured team of experienced clinicians, administrative support, and an efficient triage system in place, the surgery is committed to reducing GP workload and protecting time for patient care.

Key Details:

• Location: Launceston, Cornwall

• Salary: Up to £12,500 per session (DOE)

• Sessions: 4–8 sessions per week (flexible)

• Contract: Salaried with the potential for partnership

• Start date: Flexible, to suit the candidate

Practice Features:

• CQC rated ‘Good’ with excellent patient feedback

• List size of approximately 10,000 patients

• EMIS clinical system

• Low home visit rate, supported by a paramedic team

• Multidisciplinary team including ANPs, pharmacists, and social prescribers

• Dedicated admin and management support

• Weekly clinical meetings and regular CPD sessions

• Training practice with involvement in teaching and mentorship if desired

• Modern, purpose-built premises with free on-site parking
