Are you an experienced small animal vet looking to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and progressive independent practice nestled in beautiful Devon. This dynamic team has been providing trusted veterinary care to the local community for over 35 years, earning a loyal client base through a commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care.

As Clinical Lead, you’ll have a key role in shaping the future of the practice – leading the small animal team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
