Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Streatham
Salary: £80,000 + 10% bonus

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to join our 60 bedded Nursing Home in Streatham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our residents. Key responsibilities include staff management, budgeting, compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining excellent relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the nursing home
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff
• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
• Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Financial management experience
• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse qualification preferred
• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting
• Relevant management or leadership qualifications are desirable
