�� What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.

  • Leading and supervising care staff to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Delivering hands-on, person-centred care alongside your team.

  • Taking full responsibility in the Manager’s absence.

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal standards.

  • Managing medication processes including ordering, recording, and administering.

  • Assisting with recruitment and rota planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.

  • Supporting ongoing staff development and training initiatives.

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

  • Strong experience in dementia care.
