Clinical Lead Nurse - Newton Abbot
£47,000-£50,000

Puro are working with a developing care provider to recruit a passionate registered nurse to join a dementia focused nursing home in the Newton Abbot area. This service is respected in the area for their standards of care and forward thinking Dementia care! They are respected family run organisation who will support the development of your career and training.

The Registered Manager is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with some leadership experience as a clinical lead or deputy manager to help support them in the day to day running of the home and staff management. The Clinical Lead Nurse will also oversee clinical compliance, medication management, change in care plans, development of clinical care and staff training.

Ideally the Home Manager is looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse with; a valid NMC PIN RGN or RMN, a background in dementia care, 3 years + nursing home experience and good communication skills.
