Are you an experienced Registered Service Manager / Learning Disabilities Manager looking to join a family run care provider who specialise in Learning Disabilities and Complex Care.

Our client is looking for a passionate Registered Manager for their 5 bed Residential Care. The Owner is looking for an experienced and previously Registered Manager with a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities and a good understanding of CIW. requirements.

Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.

To apply you must have;
- Management qualification
- Previously managed a care home
- Background in Learning Disabilities care
- Knowledge of CIW and standards
- Good communication skills
