Children’s Home Manager – Be the Difference

Location: Keighley
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (Up to £80k OTE)
Placement Type: Solo Placement
Bonus: £5,000 welcome bonus/relocation package + Exceptional Bonus Scheme

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Founding and managing a new solo placement home from the ground up

  • Recruiting and leading a passionate team of care professionals

  • Setting exceptional standards in child protection, safety, and emotional wellbeing

  • Working closely with families, agencies, and partners to ensure consistent, tailored care

  • Ensuring every aspect of the home reflects excellence, compassion, and compliance

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years in a residential childcare leadership role (Deputy or above)

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a children's home setting

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

  • Level 5 Diploma (or willing to work toward)

  • Full UK driving license

  • A calm, confident approach to managing challenging behaviour

  • Flexibility to support your team and home when needed
