Job Description

We are working with a Facade contractor who are currently seeking an experienced Facade Site Manager based in Birmingham to work on a high rise residential project.

Depending on experience, the role is paying between £50,000 and £60,000.

Requirements for the Facade Site Manager:

• Proven experience in facade management on medium to large construction projects

• Strong understanding of curtain walling, cladding systems, glazing, and rainscreens

• SMSTS, CSCS card

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
