Supported Living Manager

Up to £50k plus bonus

A unique opportunity has become available to join a strong management team as a registered manager for a supported living service, supporting those with learning disabilities within a multi home village.

The village caters for a range of residents & this role involves managing the supported living aspects of the village, working alongside the Operations team, with support from the other registered managers on site.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress with a highly reputable provider & make a real difference to the residents lives. The ideal candidate will specifically have registered manager experience within large learning disabilities services catering for those with complex needs.

About the role:

• Hold registration with CQC for the supported living services
• Manage all aspects of the elderly, learning disabilities homes
• Manager recruitment, admissions & training
• Work alongside a senior mgmt. team to ensure the highest levels of care are provided
• Liaise with Key stakeholders & the local community

About you:

• Registered Manager within a learning disabilities/ complex needs role
• GOOD CQC ratings on most recent inspection
• Lives within the Durham area ideally
• NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management
• Excellent communication skills & a passion for care
