Regional Manager - Nursing Homes
£65,000 – 70,000 per annum plus package

This is a great opportunity for an passionate and strategic manager to join a developing provider, we are looking for someone with significant experience in a regional manager, registered manager, commissioning manager, peripatetic manager or quality management, within the care sector for older people.

Regional Manager duties:
· Ensuring that a high standard of care is delivered across all services in your region

· Developing and implementing robust Quality Assurance and Compliance systems to monitor compliance and quality standards in all homes

· Conducting regular supervision and performance appraisals with individual managers.

· Supporting managers in identifying development needs of care staff and implementing appropriate training solutions

· Establishing strong relationships with external stakeholders including families, healthcare professionals and local communities

· Understanding the home and groups’ strategic goals and effectively supporting managers in achieving these

· Working effectively with internal stakeholders in developing new systems
