Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BREEAM Assessor to join our Clients growing team in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering BREEAM assessments across various interesting and large scale projects, focusing on BREEAM In Use, BREEAM New Construction, and BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed BREEAM assessments and audits for new construction and existing buildings.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on sustainable building practices and BREEAM standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate BREEAM requirements into the design and construction processes.
- Prepare and submit BREEAM certification applications and reports.
- Develop strategies for improving building sustainability and achieving high BREEAM ratings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in BREEAM requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a BREEAM Assessor with a strong portfolio of successful project certifications.
- Expertise in BREEAM In Use, BREEAM AP, and BREEAM New Construction.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in environmental science, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
