HR Business Partner – Multi-Site £35,000–£45,000 + Car Allowance

2 days a week working in Eccles, occasional travel to Yorkshire

Role Responsibilities:

Own and lead HR across multiple sites, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high standards

• Navigate complex ER cases with confidence – including TUPE, redundancies, grievances & more
• Ensure CQC and GDPR compliance across all people processes
• Collaborate with recruitment to enhance hiring and retention strategies
• Design and deliver people initiatives that embed our values and boost performance
• Coach and upskill managers, driving people capability across every location
• Support accreditations and help us raise our profile in the healthcare sector

Skills required:

• CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in multi-site HR roles within healthcare or regulated sectors
• Confident in employment law, employee relations, and change management
• A natural relationship-builder who can influence, advise, and lead with impact
