Salary: £16.50 per hour; £70 per sleep-in shift

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, liaising with external agencies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in social care, and experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
