£55,000 + £2k Ofsted Registration Bonus

This provider is looking for a passionate and child-focused Registered Manager to lead the launch of their brand-new residential home in Doncaster. This is a unique opportunity to build your own team from the ground up and help shape the environment and culture of the home from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• As Registered Manager, you’ll be at the helm of an exciting new service, driving excellence in care from day one. You’ll:
• Establish and lead a brand-new residential children’s home
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a talented care team
• Promote a culture of ambition, empathy, and safeguarding
• Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and the wider community
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and deliver positive outcomes for children

Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Person Specification:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete within 2 years)
• Proven management experience in a children’s residential setting
• A strong understanding of Ofsted standards and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for safeguarding and child-centred care
• The ability to work collaboratively with external professionals and agencies
