Nursing Home Manager

Crewe based

£65,000-£70,000

I am currently recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager in the Crewe area to join a highly rated care provider within the North west to join their beautiful Cheshire home, the home offers exceptional services, focusing on both the emotional and physical well-being of residents.

The home provides nursing care to specialised dementia care, as well as respite and residential care.

Key responsibilities:

The Role:

• Ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of all residents
• Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans
• Conducting risk assessments and maintaining safe and compliant care practices
• Delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient operations
• Upholding residents' independence, choice, and dignity in everything you do
• Striving for continuous improvement and championing resident wellbeing

Skills required:

• A qualified and experienced Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
• Experience managing in a nursing care home or similar setting
• Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5 qualification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A natural ability to support and inspire those around you
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and the ability to escalate concerns appropriately
