 Registered Home Manager – Stowmarket 

Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum 

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, including:

• Leading and developing a dedicated care team

• Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations

• Managing budgets and resources effectively

• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community

• Driving continuous improvement and person-centred care

 Requirements:

• At least 3 years Registered Manager experience within a residential or nursing home setting

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices

• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills

• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
