Job Title: Deputy Nursing Home Manager- PIN REQUIRED
Location: Knutsford
Salary: £24 per hour

I am currently seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established care provider. In this role, you’ll support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and staff development.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in care, confident leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care in a warm, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to support the smooth running of the home
• Lead and mentor care staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery
• Support with pre-admission assessments and care planning
• Maintain accurate records and up-to-date care plans
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
• Act as a point of contact for families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities

Skills:

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home environment
• Must be an ACTIVE RGN
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Confident in building positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
• Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
