Children's Home Manager 
£51,500 + £7,500 joining bonus

Your role will include: 

• Leading a warm, welcoming home where children and young people feel safe, supported, and empowered to achieve outcomes that are meaningful and unique to them.

• Ensuring full compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations, while maintaining consistently high standards of care and quality that can be clearly evidenced.

• Working towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to guide your team toward success.
