We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team on the Isle of Wight. T

Key Responsibilities as Care Home Deputy Manager:

- Assist the Care Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home.
- Provide strong leadership and support to the care team, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
- Oversee the development and implementation of care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained.
- Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance the skills of the care team.
- Support the Care Home Manager in audits and inspections, and implement any required changes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.

Skills and Qualifications Required for Care Home Deputy Manager:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a care home setting, either as an existing care home deputy manager or care team leader / care manager etc stepping up.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in an elderly care home setting.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above).
