Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: £60,000 Per Annum

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Commissioning Operations Manager to join our team in Lowestoft. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll oversee the successful commissioning and delivery of high-quality services, systems, or facilities—ensuring everything runs like clockwork from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the commissioning process from planning through to execution

• Managing operational teams to deliver outstanding outcomes

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and high service standards

• Driving performance, compliance, and innovation

• Identifying and overcoming challenges before they become problems

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in commissioning and/or operational management

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams

• Excellent project management and analytical abilities

• A confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach

• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience, desirable but not essential.
