Nursing Home Manager

I am working with a highly rated care provider who are looking for an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to lead a beautiful historic care home. You’ll be responsible for the overall running of the service, delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and managing a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure excellent standards of care
• Lead, supervise, and develop the care team
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and infection control regulations
• Manage budgets, staff rotas, and recruitment
• Liaise with healthcare professionals, residents, families, and local authorities
• Monitor and improve quality assurance and care outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong leader with excellent communication and people skills
• Proven experience in managing a care/nursing home
• ACTIVE PIN desirable
• Good track record with CQC
• Longevity in roles
• Knowledge of safeguarding, quality control, and care legislation
