Key Responsibilities
Establishing and managing a new, innovative residential care service.
Building and leading a cohesive, high-performing team.

Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in care.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in staff supervision/management.
At least 2 years' experience in residential childcare, ideally as a Deputy Manager.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve).
Full, clean driving license.
Proven ability to support young people with challenging behaviours.
Flexibility to cover shifts when required.
