Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager / Senior Nurse to join our healthcare team in Amersham. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing the administrative and clinical operations of the nursing department.

Nurse Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the UK.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
