Role: Associate Director of Estates 
Location: Bristol 
Salary: up to £95,000

My client is looking for a Associate Director of Estates. The Associate Director of Estates is requirement to work for a large public sector organisation, looking after facilities management across a wide range of properties including residential, commercial, healthcare, educational premises. 

The Associate Director of Estates will run a team of compliance professionals, ensuring upkeep and improvements across the Estate. Board level management, in putting business cases forward for funding for improvements and budget management. The Associate Director of Estates will have technical expertise across Gas, Fire, Water, electrical as well as people management skills. 

The Associate Director of Estates will have the following skills:
- experience in similar role of Estate management
- technical expertise across FM
- Construction management experience
- Budget management experience.
