Position: Administrator

Location: Letchworth / Home based

Salary: £22,000 - £25,500 per annum

Job Type: Full time, permanent (Monday-Friday)

I have an exciting Administrator position working on a full time, permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible to work within a large healthcare team.

This role is 2 days working from home and 3 days a week in office.

Duties will include;

  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Organizing clinics and events
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and documents.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handling customer or client inquiries and concerns
  • Communicating with internal teams and external clients or stakeholders.
