Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) – Bognor Regis

A well-established and forward-thinking primary care provider in Bognor Regis is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their dynamic multidisciplinary team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive and progressive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing advanced clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing, for patients with both acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and triage a wide range of patients, both face-to-face and remotely

  • Undertake thorough clinical assessments and make informed decisions based on sound clinical reasoning

  • Prescribe medications appropriately and safely within scope of practice

  • Contribute to QOF, clinical audits, and service development

  • Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, HCAs, and the wider healthcare team

  • Support chronic disease management and minor illness clinics

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration

  • Master’s level qualification in Advanced Practice (or equivalent)

  • Independent Prescriber (V300)

  • Proven experience working autonomously in a primary care or urgent care setting

  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
