Job Description:

We working with a Built Environment Consultancy who are seeking an experienced Senior Facade Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading facade assessments, focusing on fire risk assessments and External Wall System (EWS) surveys.

Requirements for the Facade Specialist:
- Proven experience in facade assessments, specifically in fire risk and EWS surveys.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
