Salary: £36-44K per annum BOE

Location: Hertfordshire

In Hertfordshire, we are looking for a committed and self-driven Registered Manager to join our team. The ideal applicant will be passionate about providing high-quality care, possess outstanding leadership abilities, and have a solid grasp of care regulations. The ideal candidate self-starter who wants to progress with the business as it expands, with plans for expanding nurse hours from 1500 to 5000.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of care professionals, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of our residents.- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date.- Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible care is provided.- Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications:- Already CQC registered.- NVQ level 5 Leadership & Management.- Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector.- Strong knowledge of complex learning disabilities.- Knowledgeable about both 2 to 1 and 3 to 1 care - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.- Must hold a UK drivers license.
