Salary: £42,500 per annum (experience dependent)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead our Norwich branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Manage and support a team of care coordinators, carers, and office staff.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
- Handle recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the branch.
- Implement and monitor care plans to meet clients' needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in domiciliary care management is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using care management software.
- Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
