Nursing Home Manager/ Registered Care Home Manager
£70,000 salary plus bonus + Excellent Benefits- South Manchester/ Cheshire area

I am working with a well-established nursing care provider who are looking to hire a Nursing Home Manager to join their new nursing home in the South Manchester/ Cheshire area. This is a beautiful modern care home providing the best type of care in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

· Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a positive working culture and promoting professional development.

· Ensure the home provides exceptional care for residents, particularly those living with dementia.

· Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.

· Drive continuous improvements in care delivery and operational efficiency.

Essential Requirements:

· Proven experience as a registered care home manager or nursing home manager with a solid understanding of CQC requirements and inspections and improved a service

· In-depth knowledge and experience in dementia care.

· Transferable DBS

· RGN/ RMN with an active PIN

· A strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and residents.

· Commissioning experience is a bonus
