Job Description:
This provider is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of their children's home in Widnes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding for the children, managing staff performance, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements
- Develop and implement care plans for each child
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of care staff
- Monitor and manage budgets effectively
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both children and staff
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals to ensure holistic care

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in children's home management
- Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- A relevant qualification in social work or childcare
