Deputy Children's Home Manager

Location: Burton-on-Trent

Home Type: 3 Bed EBD

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Children's Home Manager to join our team in Burton-on-Trent. The successful candidate will have the right to work in the UK and possess a Level 3 NVQ in Leadership and Management. You will have at least 2 years of experience working in a care home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home

- Ensure high standards of care are maintained at all times

- Support and supervise staff

- Implement care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children and young people

Requirements:

- Right to work in the UK

- Level 3 NVQ in Leadership and Management

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a care home

- Availability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends
